 Laura Lange Wedding Planning & Coordinating is here for you!  Book a free consultation to discuss the vision for your wedding. Please browse each package and a la carte services. Each package is customizable to fit your unique wedding needs and budget.

Day-of Coordination:

starting at $850

  • Consultations 90, 60 and 14 days prior to wedding date.
  • Communication and correspondence leading up to wedding date via text, phone or email.
  • Shared list of preferred vendors.
  • One hour of rehearsal coverage.
  • Rehearsal assistance, including but not limited to processional practice and ceremony run through.
  • Timeline assistance
  • Eight hours of wedding day coverage- additional hours can be added a la carte.
  • Set up for décor*, name cards, stationary, favors and assistance for caterers and florists as needed.
  • Point person for communication between vendors, venue and couple.
  • Flipping venue as needed.
  • Organization and execution of the processional, recessional and grand march.
  • Assistance with organization of speeches, toasts and special additions.
  • Distribution of final payments to vendors, if desired.
  • Optional delivery of gifts and cards to designated location.
  • Most importantly, assistance to the couple throughout the day.

*décor assistance up to 50lbs per item

Full Service Wedding Planning:

starting at $1,900

  • Planning starting from engagement to wedding date.
  • Monthly meetings through engagement as needed and  90, 60 and 14 days prior to wedding date.
  • Communication and correspondence leading up to wedding date via text, phone or email.
  • Shared list of preferred vendors.
  • Scheduling meetings and obtaining quotes from various vendors.
  • Optional attendance at meetings with vendors such as florist, DJ, venue and dress fitting.
  • Up to two hours rehearsal coverage.
  • Rehearsal assistance, including but not limited to processional practice and ceremony run through.
  • Timeline completion and distribution to all vendors.
  • Timeline management and distribution for family members, bridal party and attendants at rehearsal.
  • Budget planning consultation.
  • Eight hours of wedding day coverage- additional hours can be added a la carte.
  • Set up for décor*, name cards, stationary, favors and assistance for caterers and florists as needed.
  • Point person for communication between vendors, venue and couple.
  • Point person for wedding guests.
  • Flipping venue as needed.
  • Organization and execution of the processional, recessional and grand march.
  • Assistance with organization of speeches, toasts and special additions.
  • Distribution of final payments  and optional tips to vendors, if desired.
  • Optional delivery of gifts and cards to designated location.

Planning a la carte:

 starting at $75 per hour
Timeline Planning
Two hours of discussing wedding day time management and finalizing timeline from rehearsal to couple's departure from wedding.
*This is for couples who are solely interested in wedding consultation without coordination or planning assistance.
Budget Assistance
Schedule a meeting discussing your event's budget and breakdown cost of wedding to ensure your financial comfort. 
Hands on Help
Assistance with hands on projects such as stuffing envelopes, scheduling appointments with vendors, additional vendor research, organizing and managing RSVPs and assistance with seating chart, rental/décor pick up and return (charged per trip). 
Design & Decor
Assistance designing and planning décor for your special day, with no additional coordination. Décor plans may include furniture and item rental from LLWPC or other rental vendors and curators to complete our vision.                                                                         *starting at  $150
Additional Consultations
Designed for those who need more time to discuss wedding budget, plans or vendor selection, but do not want to upgrade to full-service planning package.                                                                                                                                                                                                              $100

Additional Hours

Additional hours of wedding day services are $75 per hour up to 10 hours. Additional wedding day coverage is  $100 per hour between 10-13 hours. Personal consultations are available for events requiring services up to 15 hours. 

Travel

Travel fees are based on venue locations outside of a 100 mile radius.                                                                                                   *starting at $75
